Your Church

Churches in Northern Ireland are bringing light and life to people and communities affected by leprosy all around the world

We’d love your church to join us! There are many ways to get involved. Your support can bring healing and hope to lives blighted by disease and despair.

Pray

Prayer is the foundation of all that we do. We have a variety of helpful and informative prayer resources that can be used by individuals, groups or during church services. Why not set up a small group that meets regularly to pray for the work of TLM? Find out more.

Fundraise

Churches have organised cake sales, Christmas tree fairs, coffee mornings, sponsored runs, and many other events to raise funds for TLM. You can make it as simple or as creative as you like. You’ll find some great fundraising ideas here.

Church Representatives

Our Church Secretaries are a vital link between TLM NI and local churches. They raise awareness about leprosy, raise funds and update the church regularly, particularly around World Leprosy Day. If you would like to find out more about what being a TLM church representative involves, please get in touch.

Leprosy Sunday

World Leprosy Day is officially commemorated each year on the last Sunday of January. But to give greater flexibility, each year we run a special campaign between January and April but you could take part at any time of the year, whatever suits your church best. Find Out More.
