This is the Privacy and Data Protection Policy of The Leprosy Mission Northern Ireland (Registered Charity No: NIC106322 and a company limited by guarantee, No: NI640401).  The Leprosy Mission Northern Ireland is committed to protecting the privacy of all personal information obtained from you during your visits to our website.

  • Information that you provide when making a donation. Donations are subject to Blackbaud Merchant Services Privacy policy which can be accessed on their website We do not receive information about the credit/debit card or information used to process the transaction.

Certain categories of information provided to us by you shall be stored on our Customer Relationship Management System. We will only use your personal data to provide you with information you would reasonably expect to receive, including the following:

IP Addresses

We use IP addresses to analyse trends, track user movements and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Accessing your Information

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access any information that we hold relating to you free of charge. Any request for information shall be satisfied within one month from the request.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to request that any information we hold in relation to you is to be removed from our databases. We will be obliged to remove all instances of your personal data unless there is a competing reason to retain the data.
