We hope that you will never need to send us a complaint, because we try hard to meet the high standards that we set for ourselves. However, sometimes things go wrong and you may want to make a formal complaint.

We take your feedback very seriously and on receipt of your complaint, we will endeavour to investigate, put things right and learn from the experience. If you are not happy about how we handle your complaint you can take it further by contacting our Board of Trustees (via TLMNI Office) or, depending upon the nature of your complaint, you can also contact one of the following regulators:
