This coming Harvest, we would love to share with your congregation about how they can get involved in bringing forth a harvest of kindness for people affected by leprosy.
Nagammal (pictured below) has leprosy. She is from south India, and her ‘home’ for many years was a goat’s shed. A community worker from The Leprosy Mission found her during severe flooding. Her ulcers, caused by leprosy, had become badly infected, and she was hungry, having not eaten for over 4 days. She was scared and alone. Her situation was desperate. Nagammal, like so many who live with leprosy, was in need of radical kindness.
We would love to share with you and your congregation about the impact which radical kindness and Christian love had on Nagammal’s life. It is a heart-wrenching, heart-warming and utterly inspiring story of God at work in the life of someone whose life was without hope.
We'd love to join you as you celebrate Harvest this year!
